If you truly installed that software, in the installation folder, there is a device drivers folder. For example,

D:\XPOther\Philips\ProntoProEdit NG\Drivers

In that folder, you will find 2 folders - XP and 98SE.

If you have already connected the remote to the computer via USB and Win7 asked for drivers, you should ignore as there are no Win7 drivers.

With regard to getting things to run on Win7, please have a search of this forum for Vista or Win7 where you will find information about running in XP Compatibility mode.

I don't have Win7 installed here so I am going by what my good friend LowPro tells me. He's got it working and quite nicely as I understand it.
