I have downloaded pronto pro edit next generation version 2.1.8.0 which gives me a couple options when i open it of diffrent remotes it says us model tsu7000 and tsu7500 or in european models it gives me ru980 and the ru990
its running fine when i select the tsu7500 remote but it cant find the actual device conected to the laptop. What do you think it mite be?
