Any of you guys controlling Lite Touch 5000 with HAI omnipro II console? I use HAI porducts often and have little problems. Though I do agree the tech support can be frustrating. There are a few guys with HAI that know the systems in and out and can be very helpful. I am current trying to gain control of the lite touch 5000 and it's a bit difficult. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
