What a difference TV brands make! Could it be the quality of their tuners?

I got a cheapo Toshiba TV/DVD combo and that thing receives many more stations than my bigger, older LG HDTV.

Interestingly, when we were having problems receiving CFTO's sound, there was another antenna user two blocks over with an LG TV and exactly the same problem. The little Toshiba was fine.

What might be useful is for readers to let others know about HD brands that seem to work well or poorly with antennas. That way, trends may emerge about which brands to get and to avoid.
