I went to the Apple App store, bought the app, fired it up on the iPad and pointed it to my PMC3's IP address and was done.
I am having similar issues to CGAV as I am attempting to set up two iPhones on a system. Did you have to modify the port settings? I currently have one of the phones set to 41790 and the other to 41792 for Port A settings via my SystemBuilder program. Passcodes match up and the IP address is static. My guess is that it has something to do with the HTTP port.
My networking expertise is somewhat limited but am wondering if the issue has something to do with port forwarding via the router?
