I very much doubt it will have any. Toshiba DVD players rarely do. I don't know about their DVR's but their DVD players usually go to stanby after 5 minutes or so if nothing is playing anyway.
Play will usually power on the player and a Macro of Play/delay(2 seconds)/Power Toggle will power it off.
