Wow, downgrading is not going to make you happy. That's a very expensive and tedious repair - the company does not have the manpower to do repairs like that and develop and implement. That's what makes them a great company. Quite honestly, people own remotes for many years and they don't suffer the horrible death yours did. Have some accountability and stop blaming in on URC. There is no Harmony that compares to that of URC and if you think Logitech is a great company who is going to repair any damage you send them it might be a stretch from the real truth.
