I dont like using it to handle metadata, because it doesnt tag the song it does it to the iTunes library file.
I dont like how it organizes Soundtracks or multi artist albums.
These are the big flaws for sure. That's why I've started using an external tag editor like tagalicious or coverscout (I'm a mac guy) so I can get my music tagged the way I want it before bringing it in to itunes.
