What I mean is that after I entered 30842 the Comcast remote will turn off the receiver but it wont turn it back on. I have to manually turn on the receiver using the receiver power button . Code 31035 does nothing for me. It still does not turn off receiver after I assign 00051 per your instructions above. Not sure what to do next.
I have no problems using Logitech Harmony . I was trying to get the Comcast remote so that my wife can just use this controller for watching TV.
