Thanks. So September 1st is a given. When I start getting CICA Ch.19 TVO I often see signal on CBLT. Actually I see as much signal on CBLT (most of the time not enough signal to get a picture) as I do on WNYO, that is sad when you think that the transmitter for WNYO is about 50 miles from here and CBLT is between 110 to 120 miles from here. Sometimes like during the Canadian election results I get CBLT on 20. Anyhow, I am looking forward to when they go full power, then I will have an idea whether I will get them or not. That said I get a much better analog picture out of Toronto then I ever got out of Grand Island, so it will be fun to see what happens.
