They are NEC1 Protocol codes and Device Number 00 in Hex (zero in Decimal).
e.g. code 1
900A 0068 0000 0001 00FF 01FE

The first code is a clean learn and should work. It is Function Number 01 in Hex (1 in Decimal). The rest are Function Number 0 (zero) so they are different to code 1.

Code 2 & 3 are also clean learns just at a different Frenquency. Code 4 not so clean (bad learn).

The Frenquency for each codes are,
Code 1 = 39.857 kHz (68)
Code 2 & 3 = 42.733 kHz (61)
Code 4 = 43.179 kHz (60)

Standard NEC1 Protocol is 38.000 kHz (6D) but this does not mean yours can't be higher but I would try these,

900A 006D 0000 0001 00FF 01FE

900A 006D 0000 0001 00FF 00FF
