What TimmyS suggested would work much better than a web browser on the S70.

As the screen size is small, web browser control is not the greatest.
However something that has a specific driver made for it will give you a much better user experience.

There are many UPnP / DLNA media players available.

Just to make sure that we are not getting our wires crossed.

Web browsing control is different to IP control.

What exactly is it you want?

E.G.
Meridian Sooloos has IP control and web browsing. But these are implemented in two completely different ways.
Also the web browsing is not made for a mobile size touch screen.
