The code you posted is 16 23 29. Just a mistake in entering?
RC5x only has 64 possible codes for each device/sub device number so it should be,
Device Code: 16.93 (0x10.0x5D) Function: 23 (0x17)

Yup... good catch... it was late and I guess I did not know that I had the makehex .irp file range set to 255... and I grabbed 93 somehow.
Interesting though... 64+29+93... if the range is set improperly the code set simply repeats.
