Try RC5x 16 92 11. It could be an error in documentation.
I noticed that Zone 2 used 16 30 11 for USB, 16 30 12 for BD, 16 30 13 for X-Port etc... and that Zone 3 used a similar pattern with 16 92 xx starting at 12 for BD.
