Definitely check the firmware. Also, if you have scheduler enabled and the client uses it make sure they didn't change the scheduler settings for the lights that are being controlled. It has happened to me before where they go in and play around, edit the schedule, and things don't come on the way they should. I never give them the option with scheduler unless they ask about it.

Firmware is v4.003.0015 which is the latest and I don't enable the scheduler for the very reason you mentioned
