For the first time in 4 years I am having problem with with CFTO 9-1(40-1).
Signal strength is OK but no video or audio. All other channels are OK.
I rescanned and reset the receiver. Also tried 40-4 as was suggested on the forum.
Model is Toshiba 37HL95 and it has identical history with 41-1 and 11-1, when these channels have been launched. Problems has been resolved then by firmware update.
I suspect the fault is on both ends: Cfto and TV's minor incompatibility in encoding and decoding of the PSIP data. I wish that format should be more robust and immune to data entry error.
