I guessed that it was NEC1 because the lead in on duration is twice the off duration, data bits have two durations, one 3X the other, and the lead out is a little over 100mSec. Also the code seems to be 32 data bits, and the 4th byte is the complement of the 3rd byte. The first byte is the device number, 2nd is subdevce, and 3rd is the function number.
Then I used
MakeHex and the
MakeHex GUI to produce the Pronto Hex.
