Important information for our European and International Nevo distributors, dealers and customers

Universal Electronics would like to re-iterate that we are continuing to sell and support our line of Nevo Pro and Nevo Custom series remotes, accessories, and programming software.

Our product offerings, including NevoS70, NevoQ50, NevoC2, NevoC3 and related accessories, are available for sale and will continue to receive full technical and consumer warranty support from Universal Electronics (UEI).

There are currently no changes in this region that would affect sales, distribution, and support for our Nevo product offerings in these markets. For more information and stock availability, contact your local Nevo sales representative.
 

Information specific to our North American customers

Unfortunately, due to current market conditions, we have had to make difficult decisions to re-structure the way we do business in North America. 

As of January 2011, distributors in North America will not be able to purchase new stock of NevoQ50. A limited number of units are available to dealers at select distributors. The decision was based on the financial viability of this product in this region. 

NevoS70, NevoC2, NevoC3, and a variety of Nevo accessories continue to be available for stocking orders by Nevo authorized distributors. For more information and stock availability, contact your local Nevo sales representative.
