My Harmony 650 remote won't turn on my Kenwood receiver. Tried everything, even trying to learn the commands from the Kenwood remote to the Harmony one. The Kenwood remote never did turn on my receiver, but it did work the TV. I have been back & forth with support from both Kenwood & logitech. I was told that the sensor may be bad in my kenwood. Logitech told me to get the hex codes from Kenwood to power on and they might still be able to help me. Odd thing is that the remote did actually work twice in a three week span....but never again. It turns on all devices except the kenwood. In calling kenwood one last time, i told them about getting the hex codes for powering on....and they said there are no hex codes. Then they said to try this web site....so here I am. I am totally frustrated and don't know where to even begin. Can one of you electronics experts help me out, I would certainly appreciate anyones input and help. Thank you !!!!
