This is why I am reluctant to supply installer software to anyone who is not my customer. If I feel sorry about a poster who bought the remote on-line and could not get the software and send him the software then there is nothing to prevent him from sending it to multiple other on-line buyers.
This just hurts the dealers who are trying to support their customers and rewards the on-line sellers who just sell the product at the lowest possible price and provide no support after the sale.
