Somewhat frustratingly, the manual you mention appears to be several pages lifted from a multilingual one - the top of page one has 01_ROC85_GB.qxd whereas the remaining pages have 02_ROC85_FR.qxd.

Unfortunately, as yet, I've not managed to track down an English (full multilingual) version or a code list. The best I can suggest is Google Translate and an automatic code search (Méthode C - Recherche automatique d’un code).
