I am trying to find a codeset for this DVR with working discrete power on & off functions. I have found one with the fuctions on the softkeys, but they do not work. The Hard power buttons do not work independently, both of them turn the box on and off depending on what state it is in.
The codeset does, in fact, show discrete power on and off, however they may only function as such BEFORE the box is flashed by the cable company. Use the menu/power, menu/power/power as recommended, or just leave the box on full time (as most programmers/installers do).
