Oh Wow, I cannot believe it.
I totally took the remote apart and cleaned every surface along with the PC board pads and button pads 3 times with the denatured alcohol.
It is like a new remote.
All the button are working great, even the #7 and #2 which would not work at all.
Thanks for your help.
Saved me a $300 remote.
