Using Window 7 32-bit I get the Unable to connect [SC-1] error. The fix for me is to unplug the Logitech USB wireless receiver which interferes with communication between MX-900 software and the remote. So whenever I want to connect to my MX-900 I unplug the USB receiver and hookup a spare USB wired MS mouse. It might also be necessary to run the editor in administrator mode.
