im trying to add an onkyo receiver with ip on my prodigy system.
i added the ip device to the system. i right clicked it, went to properties and put the ip address in.

i enabled control on the onkyo receiver,
i can access the onkyo's ip page from the web browser,
and the onkyo can stream internet radio.

the prodigy system is not seeing the onkyo on the verify hardware page where it says TC/PIP Client but is seeing all other devices such as processor etc.

any advice?
