I believe this is your remote. Note that the website blurb mentions its being a Vivanco model (no.01006).

Checking Vivanco website doesn't elicit a 4-in-1 model such as yours, but there is this, an 8-in-1 model, though it would appear Vivanco offer no support for it - no manual, no codes. However, searching on UR 82 SE does return a few hits, but they are torrent downloads, that one has to register (and perhaps pay) for, which I'm not prepared to do.

As an alternative you could try following the instructions for this model. No codes, but it does give instruction on how to carry out a code search. The manual is available here and here
