I usually have to reacquaint myself with this stuff only rarely when I change my setup, and I've always had the impression that the apps were strictly to manage remotes through a cable connection, but I see that RM can also be used as an EFC reference tool beyond what is published on the old web pages, which are what I have relied on traditionally.

Last time I had to do this, the lookup tool didn't exist, and the renewed noobness didn't take note of the generic scope of its lookup results.

I've got everything working using the EFCs from the RM Functions table from that upgrade file.
