You don't have to revert the TV, it continues to accept IR commands even while the remote is in bluetooth mode. (I'm doing it right now as I set up my MX-900).

But if you do need to "un-pair" the remote and TV (putting remote back in IR mode), hold Q, P, and SPACE on the keyboard for 10 seconds. (Credit AVS forums - Official XVT3SV thread)

I just proved this for myself. In addition, to get the remote back on bluetooth, you have to press and hold the Record and Green buttons for 5 seconds, then go back to Help, Guided Setup, Remote Setup. Going to Bluetooth setup does not seem to work to re-activate the remote.
