The issue that comes about with scraping free info from weather web sites like Yahoo or Weather.com is that if they change any of their page format your module no longer works and you need to reprogram.
The reason why there are subscription based services is because you can pay for a service from Weatherbug.com or a couple other providers that allow you to access the info in a simple comma delimited structure that will never change.
