I've had the One for quite some time and it has been one of the best remotes I've ever had. That being said, I too am now having trouble with the tilt sensor. Many times I have to shake it rather hard to get it to wake up. At first it annoyed me but now I just either hit the touchscreen, which will wake it but not send a command, or hit Activities.

Just today I noticed that the up arrow has to be pressed some what harder to work, but at least its still working.

The tilt sensor problem seems to be kind of common, but is still a very good remote!
