ok.. not that different when comparing the codes.. also backed out code from rcrp05b... they are not too different.. only difference is frequency in IR scope was 40.1, freq in sonance with input of makehex code was 39.9.. also zero and "off" time intervals are 602 microsec in sonance when viewing makehex code.. in ir scope, zero interval is 598 microsec and off interval is 602... IR.exe shows freq of 39.8.... I am assuming these are all within acceptable error... who knows.. will check system one more time.. just about ready to give up.... not sure if it could be the number of repeats = 1 in the sonance software.. maybe need to set this to zero???
again thx for the help.. looks like I need to sort this out with sonance as I have 2 other controllers that can control the tuner....
