Managed to solve this one out by my self using cutecom. Results:

Cutecom settings: 9600 8N1, Hex input, Char delay 1ms

Any idea how to use these from Linux command line? Echoing these to /dev/ttyS0 didn't do anything. Some form of binary translation perhaps?
