Logitech Harmony remotes are not JP1 remotes, and are specifically designed to hide the detail of IR protocols. The USB connection can only be used via Internet to the Logitech website. I do not believe there is a way to extract any information about a IR signal from a Harmony.

So the software at hifi-remote.com won't work with a Harmony.

As per my last post, I think there is little question that you have the correct codes. Now you need to diagnose what is wrong in the rest of the system.
