I just use a signal splitter--backwards, so one wire from each antenna into the splitter, and then from the splitter to the tv or booster...just one cable. The name on the splitter is "RMS Digitap". It also says: "low intermodulation splitter" model 1002DWSBSCTE.

I remember reading on Remote Central that it's important to keep both cables the same length, so I do, but not down to the exact centimetre.

Whenever I install antennas like the Eaglestar 8 Bay where there's a splitter and two cables going to it I replace the splitter and the cables with the heavier RG6.

I don't trust the off-shore junk they use: A little extra work now, for fewer headaches later :)
