Guys, This is what worked for me using Windows 7 64Bit: Install Windows Mobile Device Center Plug in remote and keep pushing a button to keep it awake through remaining steps Double click exclamation mark in Device Manager Click Update Driver Click Browse my computer... Click Let me pick... Choose "Mobile device" Choose Microsoft as manufacturer Choose Microsoft USB Sync Once it sets, you should see WMDC open & the remote chime as it connects
