I have the list of commands from Pioneer for this device, and by hunting around the forum, I know that it uses port 8102 for IP control (heaven forbid they put it in the docs somewhere, and tech support is useless). I can open the port fine, but I'm not getting anything from the player. As an example, they list the command to open the drive door as "OP", or the remote command as "/A181AFB6/RU". Neither actually opens the door. I've tried them with a CR (decimal 13) and with a CRLF (13,10) appended ... still nothing.

What am I missing here? It bothers me that they list the commands in the doc as "Command Mnemonic," since that implies to me there is more to the command packet than they state. Really got to love incomplete documentation ....
