I am interested in using my iPhones and iPads to provide AV control at my dad's house and at my house. I want a system that can let multiple iOS devices connect and can maintain state (like the 890 Pro). I have a Mac OS X and iOS only environment, so any software needed to configure the system has to be able to run on Mac OS X or on iOS itself, and the server either needs to run on OS X or be an embedded device. Finally, every device (except the PS3/Blu-Ray player) supports serial or IP control) (Denon AVR 3311, Yamaha Z7, Olevia TV, TiVo Premiere, Epson Projector, and MonoPrice HDMI switch).
