This totally depends how far you want to go with the golf theme - I would suggest a template which allows you to use any background would be ideal if you don't have graphical skills, you can then use some nice photos of the course. This is probably the more stylish option.

If you want to get more 'cheesey' and have the skills, then the world is your oyster - select buttons that look like golf balls..etc etc... I'd advise against this route though! :-)
