Thanks for the sugestions.

I tried to use Hyper Terminal, but can't figure out how to send a command from it.
Instead i'm using Advanced Serial Terminal.

I tried to switch the Rx/Tx cables, but still nothing is happening.
Still i can't understand why i'm not getting any respond from the reciever, when i'm changing a setting, like mute.
