Thanks for your help & support. I finally figured it out myself. I generated codes for all the functions from 0 - 255 using makehex.exe, once I figured out the device & subdevice numbers, and the protocol. The next step is to see if my IR dongle will actually control the blu-ray player. If it does, I'll teach my learning remote. I'll let you know how that works out, but I don't think anyone actually gives a sh**!
