Ran across something called CNTV while flipping channels a little while ago. Some searching filled in the details - looks like The Country Network just went live on OTA in the past couple of days, and is a US cable channel I'd never heard of before.

Not a fan of the genre, but I'm sure this will be a good background noise channel for a lot of people.
