Either use ProntoScript to display that has a 99% transparent full-screen panel that covers the entire screen 640x480 or 240 x 320. Note that this will ONLY disable the screen buttons and not the hard/firm keys.

Another way may be to jump to a page that contains a full-screen panel that is not pressable at the beginning of your macro and then jump back at the end of your macro.
