I'd like a bit more clarity.
I think there are more than one model of multiswitch with "6" and "8" in the model number. What's the brand and whole number?
You "receive all the channels but"... "it says searching for satellite signal on 2...." That's contradictory.
I take it you mean it says searching when you go to channel 2, right?
Also, you seem to be saying that you get totally identical results on all channels with or without the B Band converters. Did I get that right? I've found that the signal screens, where signal level is given for all transponders, is best for determining this.
