I understand you are having an issue with the device button customizations for your a/v receiver. It is a known issue on our end and our engineers are working to correctl the problem. Ok it's been 7 months. Did you ever get that email? Will they ever fix it? I just got a 700, using software 7.7.0.0, and it's 'randomizing' the items on my additional buttons on my devices...
