Alright guys, need to be pointed in the right direction

The setup I have is:

Room 1
Panasonic Plasma
Directv HD
DVD player to be added
Hot Links IR repeater

Room 2
Panasonic Plasma
Onkyo 905
Directv HD/DVR
Popcorn Hour C200 media tank
Oppo DVD
Playstation 3 coming at Christmas
Xbox 360
Hot Links repeater

Also have a sonos system on order (has its own remote)
I also have iphones and Ipad

Ideal setup would be 1 master remote to control everything based on rooms, and a secondary remote to keep in room 1 for that system only. Whatever I get has to EASY to operate for Wife & 2 young kids.
I would prefer self install/programming....I'm fairly tech savvy. I've setup all the above equipment plus WHS & wiring ethernet through the house, etc. With enough time I think I can program it.
Price, not really a concern. I dont mind paying for good equipment that works and works easily.
