No, they are from a EVA8000.
You should be able to learn them from the original remote.
Tips,
Make sure you have new batteries in the remote. Make sure RAW LEARN is Off in My Database. Point remote at learning Eye on the bottom left of the TSU9600 and hold button down for about 1 to 2 seconds (a short press is usually best). Try to learn these in a dark room or atleast not under direct light.
Even if you can't get them to work you should get some part of the hex code learnt. Post those results and we maybe able to correct them.
Do not post hex codes that start with FFFF, they can not be corrected.
