It will work just fine on IP for prodigy as long as your not making more than 4 IP connections with prodigy at one time. This is the reason they suggest using RS232 instead of IP, I can see this being a problem if your using the P-IDOCv, with a network receiver, a weather module, and an iPad or iPhone. At that point the prodigy would not work with all of the modules and the IP for lutron.
that makes sense. and i forgot that the P-IDOCv is via IP.
what weather module are you talking about ?
like a system builder module that fetches weather info ?
