I got a reply from Samsung at long last.
There reply was" this information is commercially sensitive" so cannot be released .
Samsung GET A LIFE!
I have never dealt with a company that has been so difficult to get support from.
Still have 2 unresolved issues so im guessing there take another 3 months :(
