What was the fixed IP address of the RFX9400 and was this address in the DHCP range of the router? Is there a chance you were having an IP address conflict with another device on the network?

It was out the iprange of the DHCP. 192.168.1.80 and the 9600 was .79

My DHCP range is 100-200.

Changed the 9400 to dhcp and wammo!
