Learn them again and make sure you point the original remote at the bottom left of the TSU9600 were the learning eye is. The codes should start with 0000. Turn Raw learn OFF.
Try this for your Topfield,

Is this your Topfield?I have relearned the codes using the method that you suggested & the channels are now working OK! Yes that is my Topfield.
I am now going to look at the other codes as they are probably not clean.
